DESCRIPTION:The Committee of Experts of the Locarno Union\, made up of representatives of the states party to the Locarno Agreement\, decides on changes to the Locarno Classification\, the international classification used for the registration of industrial designs\, and issues recommendations to facilitate its uniform use. Its decisions are published as new editions of the Classification\, with a new edition entering into force every two years on January 1.
